2. ZapPay is an online payment gateway and payment automation platform and is not a bank or financial institution.

3. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities conducted through their account.

4. ZapPay services may only be used for lawful business purposes in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to illegal goods or services, fraud, money laundering, gambling, and deceptive or abusive practices.

6. ZapPay facilitates payment processing but does not guarantee settlement times, which depend on banks and third-party service providers.

7. ZapPay may charge service fees for its services. All applicable fees will be communicated through the website or merchant dashboard.

8. ZapPay does not directly process refunds. Refunds are handled between merchants and customers, although ZapPay may assist in dispute resolution when necessary.

9. ZapPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if suspicious activity, policy violations, or misuse of services is detected.

10. ZapPay shall not be liable for losses caused by network failures, bank issues, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
